We want you to be happy!

Our team are not happy unless you are happy. Seriously.

So - if you receive something that is not quite right or does not fit correctly. No problem.

Please just go to our Return Portal to start the process.

We will assess and approve your exchange request. Then the exchange items will be sent out to you. At the same time you will be sent a Return Label.

The Return Label is then affixed to the satchel (just use the same satchel we sent to you with your original order) and the exchange items can then be dropped off at one of the many Ninja Points across Singapore.

Returns are FREE of charge and include tracking.

All we ask of you

  • Tags are still attached

  • The items are in original, undamaged packaging

  • The items are in original condition, unworn and unwashed.

Basically - we need to be able to sell the items that you return.

Refund Payment

Any refunds applicable will be setup the same day they are issued.

All refunds will be processed through a secure payment gateway and via the original method of payment. It can take an additional 1 -2 days for the refund to be made into your account by your financial institution. You will receive email notification as soon as your refund has been completed.

We will refund the original cost of shipping where the goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.
